Sudarshan Kumar has 16+ years experience in management and technical positions in Intel. He was involved in 80386®, 80486®, Pentium® and PentiumII®. Last 5 years he was in management position in Low Power Design Technology (LPDT) developing low power solution for dynamic and leakage power reduction. He chaired company wide Low Power  Task Force and solved power problem in IA64  and Xscale® processors. He holds 22+ patents in high speed and low power designs.

Krishna Uppunda has 15+ experience in hardware engineering.  Previously he  held positions in  3com and AMD. He has made significant contributions in the development of several PCI Ethernet ASIC's. He was member of the PCIX and PCIX-DDR subcommittee  He holds five patents .

Asim Husain  holds  Ph.D. in Electrical Eng. from University of Waterloo in Canada. He was awarded national scholarship for B.S. and commonwealth scholarship for the Ph.D. program. He worked in Intel Corp. for 19 years where he managed process/device simulation, circuit simulation and interconnect modeling groups as program manager. He worked in Sematech as manager of interconnect modeling group where he helped the development of several parasitic extraction tools including Arcadia, Quickcap, Raphael, Fastcap and Giper.

Chandra Mahadev brings nearly 15 years of software development experience in leading-edge technology research and product development. He has held various positions in Sun Micro systems, Nuco systems,Transcend Access. He has extensive experience in C, C++, Java and Assembly language.

 Michael Emley joined Proficient in January 2005 as Director, Sales & Marketing. From 2003 until Proficient, Mr. Emley was Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Sycon Design, an IC Physical Design EDA company. From 1997 to 2002 Mr. Emley was employed by Pharsight Corp, a Biotech-Pharma modeling Software Company, where he was a founding team member, held positions of Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Strategic Consulting Services. Pharsight went through a successful IPO in 2000 after significant revenue growth. From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Emley was a founding team member of Viewlogic Systems, Inc. Viewlogic went IPO in 1991 and became a leader in EDA before being acquired by Synopsys and Mentor Graphics. At Viewlogic, Mr. Emley served as Director of Western Area Sales, Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, and Vice President of Strategic Account Services. Mr. Emley holds a B.S. in Marketing, Cal State University, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
